Tracking Sold Items
In My eBay or Seller Hub, you can find a history of the items you’ve sold for up to 2 years. From Seller Hub or My eBay, open the Orders tab. Here, you can search by buyer, order status, such as awaiting payment, and time frame.
Recently Sold Items
To view recently sold items on eBay, start by entering keywords in the Search bar. Scroll to the Show only section on the left menu and select Sold items. This shows you items sold in the last 90 days. Using eBay’s search bar, filters, or Advanced search, you can easily find sold items. You can tweak your search with various filters like listing format and price range. For sold items older than 90 days, eBay Terapeak in the Seller Hub provides in-depth research.
Final Sale Price
To find the final sale price, check the list of completed auctions. The selling price appears in green along with "Sold" in a green-framed box under the bids.
Unsold Items on eBay
To view unsold items:
- Visit eBay → Unsold to view listings.
- Use filters, pagination arrows, a refresh button, or bulk actions for more control over viewing unsold listings.
- Bulk actions allow for relisting or removing selected unsold listings.
eBay Fees
What percent does eBay take?
- eBay’s final value fee is mostly 13.25% of the sale price or lower, plus $0.30 per order. For sales over $7,500, the fee drops to 2.35% for the amount over $7,500. Special categories like sneakers over $150 have an 8% fee, guitars and basses 6.35%, and heavy equipment 3%, with specific conditions applied for each.
